FOLLOWING TROPICAL STORM FRED, SCHUMER, GILLIBRAND ANNOUNCE AVAILABILITY OF DISASTER LOANS FOR PRIVATE NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN UPSTATE NEW YORK
Following their push for a Presidential disaster declaration for upstate New York after Tropical Storm Fred, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand today announced the availability of funding to aid Private Non-Profit organizations (PNPs) in recovering from damage from the storm.
