WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer and U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand today announced $5,369,148 in funding allocated in the American Rescue Plan for sixteen Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) across Upstate New York.
